At Bayt Albaraka Cleaning Services LLC, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent customer experience. This Payment & Refund Policy outlines how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

1. Payment Policy

  1. Accepted Payment Methods

    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)

    • Bank Transfers (local UAE banks)

    • Cash Payments (for on-site services)

  2. Payment Confirmation

    • Payments made online will be confirmed instantly.

    • Bank transfer payments may take up to 2–3 business days to reflect.

    • You will receive an email confirmation once payment is received.

  3. Currency & Taxes

    • All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).

    • Prices shown are inclusive of applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Service bookings may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to qualify for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time will not be eligible for a refund, as resources and staff are already allocated.

  • To cancel, please contact our support team via email or phone.

3. Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction. Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • If you cancel a booking at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If the service is not delivered as promised or cannot be completed due to our fault.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the service and report it within 24 hours of completion, with valid justification.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind after the service has been delivered.

  • Dissatisfaction due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., access restrictions, unsafe conditions).

  • Services cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Credit/debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3–5 business days.

  • Cash payments will be refunded via bank transfer within 3–5 business days.
